Design & Verification Leader

As a Design & Verification Leader at LeadSoC Technologies in Bengaluru, your role will involve leading teams in digital front-end design & verification, back-end design, analog & custom design, and verification. You will be responsible for overseeing design projects from architecture to tape-out, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the quality of designs, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead teams in digital front-end design & verification, back-end design, analog & custom design, and verification - Oversee design projects from architecture to tape-out - Coordinate with cross-functional teams - Ensure the quality of designs - Mentor junior engineers - Ensure compliance with industry standards **Qualifications** - Proficiency in Digital Front-End Design & Verification, Back-End Design, and Analog & Custom Design - Experience with SOC, FPGA, ASIC platforms - Knowledge of firmware design, hardware abstraction, and software stacks across x86, ARM, MIPS, and PowerPC architectures - Skills in VLSI and embedded systems, including bare metal and RTOS/Linux platforms - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field - Experience in on-board diagnostics, post & pre-silicon validation, and performance optimization is a plus,
