Design Specialist

You will be joining our Brand Partner, India's first on-demand services platform, known for providing quick and reliable home chore assistance delivered to your doorstep within 15 minutes. As a Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in our team at a leading Professional Services Company. This position is perfect for a talented and innovative designer who excels in crafting visually appealing marketing collaterals, motion graphics, and potentially UI/UX designs. Your responsibilities will include designing a variety of engaging creatives for our brand, such as: Marketing Collaterals: - Digital Marketing: Create captivating social media creatives, banner ads, email templates, and push notifications to enhance digital engagement and conversions. - In-App Assets: Design homepage banners, category icons, and gamified visuals to improve user experience and in-app interactions. - Performance Marketing: Develop retargeting ads, campaign graphics, and short-form video ads to optimize conversions and enhance campaign effectiveness. - Offline Marketing: Craft impactful offline promotions like flyers, posters, billboards, and standees. Brand Identity & Awareness: - Produce motion graphics and animations for videos, advertisements, and multimedia projects to elevate the brand's storytelling. - Conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. - Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful designs across all platforms. We are looking for candidates with: - 4-7 years of proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and multimedia content creation, preferably with an ecommerce brand or a creative agency with ecommerce brand work experience. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma. - A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and the ability to design for professional services or agency settings. - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently. - A proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for creativity. - Excellent time management skills to ensure project delivery within set timelines.,
