Design Quality Coordinator E-commerce (3D & Graphics)

As a Design Quality Coordinator at our growing creative team in the e-commerce industry, specializing in high-quality product design and visualization for global clients, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing design standards across our 3D and graphic teams. Your passion for design, attention to detail, and ability to mentor others in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of product design and visualization following e-commerce standards - Collaborate with design teams to drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement - Provide constructive feedback and guidance during design reviews and revisions - Communicate directly with international clients for updates, approvals, and design clarifications - Assist in training and onboarding junior designers; share knowledge on tools, workflows, and design trends - Work closely with project managers to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or 3D visualization - Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, commercial-quality design (e-commerce/product-focused preferred) - Proficiency and solid understanding of relevant design tools and software - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Experience in mentoring, reviewing, or guiding creative teams is a plus To apply for the Design Quality Coordinator position, please send your curriculum vitae to lekhni.patidar@virtualops.net.
