Design Manager - Sales & design (home interior)

Role Overview: As a Design Manager at Interior Company, you will lead the home dcor design team with your passion for interior design, trend awareness, and expertise in design principles and materials. Masters degree or advanced certification is a plus. - Minimum 5-7 years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in a management role. - Strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities, creativity, and leadership. - Skills in materials, finishes, manufacturing processes, communication, and project management. - Personal attributes include strong leadership, trend awareness, organization, and collaboration. - Preferred qualifications include experience in e-commerce, global design markets, sustainable practices, and 3D modeling.
