Design Manager (Home Interiors)

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of industry standards and technical skills to create accurate designs and proposals for the clients.

• Manage the design team including planning the daily activities, client discussions, maintain timelines and take care of the design process as per the Company's standards
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients and vendors in order to address the necessary requirements
• Prepare presentations - 3D, 2D, moodboards, mock-ups and renderings, for clients
• Clear comprehension about the client brief and translate it into designs and presentations
• Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
• Adhere to timelines and design standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interiors Design / Architecture with 4-8 years of experience in related field
• Skills - Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong technical knowledge about residential and commercial interiors
• Good creative and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to execute

Location - Within 10 kms from office (New BEL Road)

Preference for immediate joiners and candidates located in Bangalore.
