Design Manager- FMCG( Immediate Joiners)

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full design lifecycle from briefing and ideation to development, feedback,

and delivery.

• Manage product shoots and video campaigns.

• Ensure visual consistency and creative excellence across all touchpoints, including

digital ads, packaging Design, web, social media, offline campaigns, and internal

branding.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to align on objectives and

translate them into compelling design outputs.

• Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative.

• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously push creative

boundaries.

• Oversee and coordinate with external vendors and creative partners when required.

• Maintain updated design documentation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

• Define and monitor design success metrics.

• Understand and apply social media trends to enhance content relevance and

engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Commercial Art, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years leading campaign

development.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-platform design experience (digital, print,

motion preferred).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).

• Knowledge of Generative AI tools, ChatGPT, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is a

plus.

• Keen eye for typography, layout, and brand systems.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for storytelling through design and a refined visual aesthetic.
