Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design:

  Develop design solutions based on a first-principles understanding, ensuring thoughtful considerations beyond just software expertise.

• Asset Creation:

  Produce high-quality print and digital work, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

• Project Structuring:

  Structure projects into reusable components and modular assets, taking initiatives to reduce execution time.

• Design System Management:

  Create and maintain an inventory of regularly used assets for efficient use and reuse.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with stakeholders to ensure design deliverables align with brand strategy.

Qualifications:

• Extremely adept at Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (After Effects & Premiere are an added advantage).
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality print & digital work.
• Good theoretical understanding of color theory, typography, illustration, and print design.
• A good portfolio of previous work samples.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
