Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Design Head with 10-12 years of experience in

Design & Build projects. The ideal candidate will lead the design

function at AirBrick Infra, driving innovation, sustainability, and creative

excellence. As a key leader in the organization, you will be responsible for

setting design strategy, developing talent, and overseeing the execution

of high-quality, innovative design projects that align with both client

expectations and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design Strategy: Develop and implement a forward-thinking

design strategy that aligns with the companys mission and growth

objectives.

Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented

team of designers, architects, and engineers to push creative

boundaries and deliver exceptional design solutions.

Innovation: Drive the adoption of innovative and sustainable design

practices, exploring new trends, materials, and technologies to keep

AirBrick at the forefront of the industry.

Project Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end design process for all

projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, building codes,

and project timelines.

Client Collaboration: Engage closely with clients and stakeholders,

translating their vision into innovative, functional, and aesthetic

design solutions.

Talent Development: Identify, develop, and retain top design talent,

fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the

design team.

Industry Engagement: Represent AirBrick Infra at industry events,

conferences, and forums, positioning the company as a thought

leader in commercial design and innovation.

Technology Integration: Leverage advanced design technologies

such as 3D visualization to enhance design quality and client

presentations

Key Requirements

Experience: 8-12 years of experience in Design & Build projects,

with a strong focus on leading design teams and delivering

high-end commercial projects.

Education: Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams,

fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of design principles,

building codes, construction standards, and sustainability practices.

Design Software: Proficiency in industry-standard design software

(e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), with experience in advanced

technologies like BIM and VR.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written

communication skills, with the ability to engage clients,

stakeholders, and internal teams effectively.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,

with a focus on delivering innovative and practical design solutions.

Innovation-Driven: A passion for design innovation, with a proven

track record of implementing new technologies and creative

approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Experience working on large-scale, high-end commercial projects.

Expertise in sustainable design practices and green building

certifications (e.g., LEED).

Experience with 3D modeling and VR-based design presentations.

Strong network within the commercial design industry
