Design Lead

As a Lead - Design at Adani Airports Holding Limited, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the architectural vision for airport projects. Your role will involve creating innovative, sustainable, and functional urban spaces that align with the strategic goals of the airports. You will engage with stakeholders, oversee master planning, provide technical guidance, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with environmental and industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include leading and overseeing architectural design initiatives for hospitality-led mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of design concepts. Your role will also involve providing strategic guidance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and sustainability principles, supervising junior architects, conducting site visits, participating in project meetings, and contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. You should be able to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is required. You should have a comprehensive understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design practices. Demonstrated expertise in developing architectural concepts for hospitality-led projects is essential. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution. A B. Arch from reputed institutes such as CEPT University and School of Planning & Architecture (SPA) is preferred. You should have 15-18 years of experience in architectural design for real estate, mixed-use, and hospitality projects. A proven track record in leading full-cycle projects from concept development to on-site completion is necessary.
