Job Description

As an intern in this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and updating of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts. You will support the design and simulation of low-voltage and control circuits, working closely with CAD tools like AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar platforms. Collaboration with mechanical and electronics teams will be essential for integrated design activities. Basic calculations for load, current, and protection systems will also fall within your duties. Additionally, you will provide assistance with prototype build support and documentation preparation, including BOMs and test plans. It will be crucial to maintain version control of design documents and adhere to internal design standards. To excel in this role, you should be pursuing a degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) and possess a basic understanding of electrical design principles and safety standards. Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent will be advantageous. Knowledge of control systems, relays, sensors, and PLC basics is considered a plus. A strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn are essential qualities for this position. Effective communication and teamwork skills will also be beneficial. Throughout this internship, you can expect hands-on exposure to industrial electrical design projects and mentorship from senior design engineers. You will have the opportunity to contribute to live product development and will receive a Certificate of Internship upon successful completion of the 6-month paid internship period.,
