Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and passionate design educators to join our team as Foundation Year Faculty for the Bachelor of Design program. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more of the following areas: Design Thinking, Drawing and Visualization, Material Exploration, Visual Communication, or Contextual Studies. The role involves teaching first-year undergraduate students, mentoring them through the fundamentals of design, and laying a strong interdisciplinary foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging studio and theory-based sessions
• Develop and assess assignments aligned with the program’s pedagogical vision
• Encourage critical thinking, observation, and hands-on learning
• Collaborate with peers on curriculum development and project-based learning modules

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or related discipline
• Prior teaching experience or professional practice in design preferred
• Strong communication, mentorship, and collaboration skills
