Job Description

We are looking for skilled Design Engineers to join our team at Rcad Solutions, playing a crucial role in driving innovative engineering projects forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and construction, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective design solutions.
Conduct site visits to gather data and information for design purposes.
Develop and maintain detailed designs, models, and documentation.
Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure design intent is met.
Analyze and troubleshoot design issues and provide corrective actions.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to improve design processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Proven experience in design engineering, preferably in the Engineering & Construction industry.
Strong understanding of design principles, codes, and standards.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in design software and tools.
