Design & Engineering Head AHU

As an Engineering Leader-AHU systems at Air Solutions Co, your role will involve defining and executing the R&D strategy for the AHU product line. You will be responsible for driving innovation and identifying new product opportunities, technologies, and enhancements relevant to the AHU segment. Leading and mentoring a team of design engineers, researchers, and product development professionals will be a key part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and certifications such as Eurovent, ISHRAE, etc., in all design and development activities will also fall under your purview. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and product management to translate customer needs into product features and technical requirements will be crucial. Additionally, you will lead design validation through prototyping, lab testing, field trials, and performance evaluations. Managing R&D project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure the timely delivery of milestones is another important aspect of this role.
