As an Engineering Leader-AHU systems at Air Solutions Co, you will have the opportunity to define and execute the R&D strategy for the AHU product line. Your main responsibilities will include driving innovation, identifying new product opportunities, and enhancing technologies relevant to the AHU segment. Additionally, you will be leading and mentoring a team of design engineers, researchers, and product development professionals. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with applicable standards and certifications such as Eurovent, ISHRAE, etc., in all design and development activities. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and product management teams will be essential to translate customer needs into product features and technical requirements. You will also lead design validation through various methods like prototyping, lab testing, field trials, and performance evaluations. Managing R&D project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure the timely delivery of milestones will be a key aspect of your role. The ideal candidate for this position is an HVAC engineering leader with hands-on experience in HVAC Product Engineering & development, people management, and new product development of the entire range of HVAC-AHU systems. It is essential to have a sound knowledge of test standards such as IS1391, IS8148, IS16590, ISO17025, AHRI551/591, AHRI550/590, and IEC standards.
