Job Requirements

Qualifications Required:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics

Years of Experience:

• Minimum: 1 Year
• Preferred: 3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for powertrain design and development activities.
• Conduct benchmarking of products and prepare Statement of Requirements (SOR) for both hardware and software.
• Finalize technical specifications of aggregates in coordination with suppliers.
• Prepare DFMEA and review/verify 2D drawings and 3D models for release.
• Prepare Design Validation Plan (DVP) and conduct testing and validation of products.
• Coordinate with the prototype team for vehicle integration activities.
• Support in resolving technical issues during product development.
• Provide technical assistance to Production and Quality Assurance teams.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Electric Motors (PMSM, Induction, and SRM).
• Expertise in Power Electronics Converters and Control Systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of CAN Communication Systems.
• Proficient in electrical design software and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Electric Vehicle / Automotive Component Manufacturing Industry

Other Specific Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Gujarati, Hindi, English
• Technical Skills: CAD, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent tools preferred
