Design Engineer Structural

As a Design Engineer - Structural at Total Environment, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, optimization, and preparation of structural designs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conceptualization and optimization of structures - Preparation and checking of ETABS, STAAD & SAFE Models, sizing of members, and preparation of framing plans - Design, drawing, and checking of RCC Structural Elements such as Raft Foundations, Columns, Beams, Slabs, water tanks etc. - Checking and approval of mix designs - Arranging geo-technical investigations for new projects - Site visits for supervision and coordination - Ensuring proper documentation and rectification methodology for poor quality works In collaboration with the Architects, you will discuss and arrive at mutually acceptable solutions. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Architect and service department, support sales and CRM teams, engage with internal customers like Design and Customization Managers, and ensure site coordination for drawing intent delivery. Your accountability will include error-free modeling, designs, and drawings of structures, as well as smooth and accurate communication with other departments. To create an impact in this role, you should aim to create structures that ensure safety, serviceability, and durability while satisfying architectural requirements. Qualifications for this position include: - Experience: 2-8 years - BE-Civil with CGPA 7 and above - M.
