Role Overview

The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, and developing mechanical & electrical

products, components in alignment with project requirements. The role involves CAD modeling,

design validation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative and

cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 2D/3D CAD models, drawings, and assemblies using tools such as

AutoCAD, SolidWorks software.

• Conduct design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection as per project

needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D, supply chain) to

ensure feasibility and manufacturability.

• Review and analyze design specifications, requirements, and standards.
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation of designs.
• Maintain design documentation including BOMs drawings, revision control, and

engineering change notes.

• Provide technical support for production and resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and quality norms.
• Suggest improvements for product performance, cost reduction, and process efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/B.Tech
• 5 years of experience in design engineering.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD & Solid works software must
• Knowledge of engineering design principles, manufacturing processes, and materials.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
