Design Sheetmetal, Casting, forging and plastic part using CATIA V6 CAD software.
-Create CAD following MG CAD methodology
-Create drawing applying Standards and MG drawing guideline along with considering functions, process, GD&T etc.
-Understand input/scope of task, fill input checklist before execution.
-Complete work in accordance with timelines set by supervisor
-Conduct project related customer meetings
-Perform self-check and ensure quality before submitting for Q-check.
-Process Compliance: Ensure daily time sheet recording in time management system.
Ensure project documentation of task as per department guideline. Participate in team and department meetings. Ensure 5S activity of own work area.
