   : B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

2. Experience

   : 25 years in plastic automotive trim component design

3. CAD Tools

   : Proficient in CATIA V5 / CREO / NX (Part Modeling, Surfacing, Sheet Metal, Assembly, Drafting)

4. Surface Design

   : Advanced surfacing for aesthetic and functional parts

5. Industry Exposure

   : Automotive product design & development

6. Technical Focus

   : Structural parts like chassis frames, swing arms, etc.

7. NPD Involvement

   : Hands-on experience in New Product Development

8. Plastic Parts

   : Strong 3D & 2D design skills in plastic components

9. Performance Standards

   : Ensure fit, finish, durability, NVH compliance

10. Collaboration

    : Coordinate with teams & suppliers for specs and delivery

11. Engineering Principles

    : GD&T, DFMEA, DFM/DFA knowledge

12. Standards Knowledge

    : Familiar with ISO & ASME norms

13. Feasibility

    : Experience in manufacturability and assembly studies

14. Manufacturing Knowledge

    : Tooling, molding, die casting, 3D printing

15. Soft Skills

    : Strong communication & report writing abilities

16. Analysis Tools

    : Familiar with FEA & MBD
