Job Description: Design Engineer – GRC Division

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) products and components as per project requirements.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, CAD models, and design specifications.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
• Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct design modifications and improvements based on feedback and site conditions.
• Support project execution by providing technical guidance and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of design files, revisions, and approvals.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other design software.
• Knowledge of GRC/FRP materials, fabrication processes, and applications.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and architectural plans.
• Good understanding of structural design principles.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients and internal teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Diploma in Design Engineering with relevant experience may also be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in designing GRC/FRP products, construction materials, or related projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
