Design Engineer

Dynovo Global Solutions Pvt Ltd., a leading manufacturing company, is seeking talented Design Engineers at various levels (Junior Designer for Kadi, Gujarat, and Senior Designer and Head Designer for Andheri, Mumbai) to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidates will have a background in mechanical engineering, experience with design software, and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and components. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and leadership within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks 3D for design projects.

• Understand and apply knowledge of manufacturing processes to ensure designs are manufactural.

• Lead and mentor team members, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality.

• Develop and prepare quotations and Bills of Materials (BOM).

• Travel to project sites as required.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

• Create comprehensive product manuals and documentation.

• Oversee design projects from concept to production, ensuring timelines and customer satisfaction.

• Implement process improvements and manage resources effectively.

• Provide expertise in fabrications, design calculations, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and other mechanical components.

• Familiarity with instrumentation and electrical systems.

Requirements:

• Preferred Qualification: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks 3D.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical components and manufacturing processes.

• Experience in preparing quotations and BOM.

• Willingness to travel.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience - 2 to 7 years (in a Design role)
