Role Overview: As a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer with expertise in sheet metal and auto components, you will join our dynamic engineering team. Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of design principles, material selection, and manufacturing processes, you will deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions for the automotive sector. Your role will involve designing, developing, and optimizing sheet metal components and assemblies used in automotive applications, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and adhere to stringent safety and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of sheet metal components and assemblies for automotive applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure practical, cost-efficient, and manufacturable designs. - Use CAD software to create detailed models and drawings. - Perform engineering analysis to validate designs. - Oversee prototype development and testing. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship. - Optimize designs for manufacturability. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
