Job Title:

Design Engineer

Open Positions in the Following Areas

1. Tool Design [ Job Code : TDCREO ]

• Design

  heavy-duty welding fixtures, jigs, and assembly tooling for large,

  fabricated components.
• Develop 3D CAD models and detailed 2D drawings (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Integrate hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical clamping systems for fixture automation and operator ease.

2. Structural Design [ Job Code : STRCREO ]

• Design and detailing of large structures; release prototype to production designs/drawings.
• Proficiency in

  weld design

  guidelines.
• Experience in structural FEA analysis.
• Exposure to

  automotive/off-road heavy vehicle

  manufacturing.

3. Casting Design [ Job Code : CASTCREO ]

• Work on

  5Cs engine components, tailored

  to sand casting, investment casting, die casting, or gravity casting processes.
• Perform casting simulations (e.g., MAGMASOFT, ProCAST).
• Strong understanding of casting processes, mold design, and defect mitigation.

4. Hydraulics Design [ Job Code : HYDCREO ]

• Mechanical

  practice for Off-Highway

  applications.
• Experience in

  hydraulic installation

  systems.
• Proficiency in SDP fluid lines/pro piping.
• Hands-on experience in hose and tube design, routing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics.

5. Mechanical Design [ Job Code : MECHCREO ]

• Design structural components for turbomachinery products, including enclosures, base frames, and ancillary systems for new product development.
• Create and develop detailed mechanical designs.
• Perform hand calculations to validate performance and safety under various loading conditions.
• Expertise in

  Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E. / M.E. in Mechanical Engineering

  (mandatory).
• 2 - 7 years of hands-on experience in the relevant design domain.
• Strong expertise in

  Creo

  for 3D modeling & drafting.

• Experience in the Automobile / Heavy Vehicle sector will be an added advantage.

• Excellent knowledge of

  GD&T

  (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Good understanding of material selection, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
