Join our team to help build a better, more sustainable world for future generations!Role DefinitionThis role will design, develop, simulate and document requirements for new advanced power control systems, components, products, and technologies. Perform product maintenance support and resolve electrical design related issues.
What You Will Do:
- Developing and documenting functional requirements and translating into detail design documents.
- Design of HMI content for complex control systems
- Perform analysis of models for site simulation of complex power systems.
- Verification of simulation models against prototype and test systems.
- Participating in buy-build analysis for product components.
- Participating in and supporting proposal preparation, cost estimates, and technical reports.
- Provide maintenance and support of design control components
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum.
- Knowledge of genset controls, Battery Energy Systems, Inverters, Microgrids, and Distributed Energy
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
Desired Qualification:
- Familiarity with Figma, Codesys, MATLAB, Homer, Creo

- Uses CAD to perform basic drafting such as wire frames, solid objects and array of objects.

Product Design - MFG: Knowledge of processes, approaches, tools and techniques of product design; ability to convert customer and market requirements into product design.

- Utilizes design methods to implement the construction of a new design model.
