Job Description

Machine / Process DevelopmentExplore machine feasibility against required specification with Design calculation, process standards and Prepare assmebly and part design / drafting. Ensure product design / drawings are released in confirmity with technical specification and design standards.Generate BOM, Drawing, Schedules of the Machine to Optimise of Finance, Manpower and Store Resources.Cost reduction Optimize the designs, manufacturing process / impart value addition by lean manufacturing techniques Optimize & regulate the old stocks / high value inventories & utilize it in some dedicated automated solutionsBudgeting & layouts

Design & prepare plant/equipment layouts within budgeted timeline and cost parameters

Quality Management Implement past machine feedbacks, MPI's in new design
Implement design & drawing standards (JIS/BS/ISO) for seemless manufacturing and assembly of machinePlant SupportCoordinate with the customers and identify / prepare process/equipment gaps & implement solutions
