1. Design Engineer – Job Description (JD)

Role: Design Engineer
Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD / SolidWorks.
• Develop designs for fabrication, machining, and assemblies.
• Prepare BOM, GA drawings, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and site teams.
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Support modifications and design improvements.

Skills & Qualification:

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• 1–3 years experience preferred.

2. Electrician – Job Description (JD)

Role: Electrician
Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Plant

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, and equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting of motors, control panels, and machines.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Ensure safety compliance and preventive maintenance.
• Support machine installation and breakdown maintenance.

Skills & Qualification:

• ITI Electrician / Diploma.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
• Understanding of safety standards.
• Experience in factory/plant electrical work preferred.

3. Turner – Job Description (JD)

Role: Turner
Industry: Machine Shop / Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Operate lathe machines (conventional / CNC if applicable).
• Read and understand engineering drawings.
• Perform turning, facing, threading, and boring operations.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Follow safety and quality standards.

Skills & Qualification:

• ITI Turner.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer).
• Experience in machine shop operations preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
