Post 1: Machine Shop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise machine shop operations (lathe, milling, drilling, CNC, etc.)
• Plan daily work and assign jobs to operators
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Monitor machine setup, tooling, and process control
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
• Maintain production and manpower records

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical
• 2–5 years experience in machine shop supervision
• Drawing reading & measuring instruments knowledge
• Good team handling skills

Post 2: Cutting Shop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise cutting shop activities (plasma / gas / laser / shearing)
• Ensure correct cutting as per drawings and production plans
• Control material utilization and minimize scrap
• Monitor machine operation, safety, and housekeeping
• Coordinate with store, production, and quality departments
• Maintain cutting records and daily reports

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical
• 2–5 years experience in cutting shop operations
• Knowledge of cutting machines and raw material handling
• Strong supervision and safety awareness
