As a Design Educator for the Drawing Section of competitive exams like NATA, JEE Mains Paper 2B, NIFT, NID, and UCEED, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Curriculum Development: Design and update the drawing syllabus to align with the latest exam patterns and requirements. - Live Classes: Conduct engaging and interactive drawing sessions focusing on freehand sketching, perspective drawing, design concepts, and creative visualization. - Skill Enhancement: Guide students to improve their visualization, shading, and rendering techniques, ensuring concept clarity. - Practice and Evaluation: Provide assignments, evaluate student work, and offer constructive feedback to enhance their creative skills. - Mock Tests and Preparation: Conduct mock drawing tests replicating real exam scenarios and provide personalized tips for improvement. - Resource Creation: Develop quality study materials, practice sheets, and tutorials tailored to each exam. - Mentorship: Motivate and mentor students, helping them build confidence and refine their artistic and creative abilities. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Educational Background: Degree in Fine Arts, Design, Architecture, or related fields (B.Des, B.Arch, M.F.A preferred). - NID, NIFT, IIT (B Arch) pass outs will be preferable. - Experience: 2+ years of teaching experience in design entrance exam preparation or relevant fields. - Expertise: Proficiency in freehand sketching, perspective drawing, and creative problem-solving. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills to explain concepts effectively. - Knowledge of Exams: In-depth understanding of NATA, JEE Mains Paper 2B, NIFT, NID, and UCEED drawing requirements. Preferred Skills for this role include: - Familiarity with CAD or BIM software is an added advantage. - Experience working with online teaching platforms and digital tools. - Ability to create engaging visual aids and resources for online and offline teaching.
