Design Assistant

Role Overview: As a Product Designer, your role is to envision how users will experience the products and bring that vision to life in a way that is inspired, refined, and even magical. You will be tackling complex tasks and transforming them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for users ranging from first-timers to sophisticated experts. Collaboration with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers will be crucial throughout the design process, from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. It is essential to anticipate the users" needs, advocate for them, and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web platforms - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and product enhancements - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions - Maintain design consistency by contributing to Lenskart's design system and brand guidelines - Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet all deadlines Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design role - Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite - Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines - Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or related field,
