As a Construction Architect at Shatrupa Architects & Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of architectural projects in Rajkot. Your responsibilities will include preparing BOQs, cost estimations, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations. You will collaborate closely with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure the seamless implementation of architectural plans. Your expertise in developing accurate BOQs and cost estimations will be essential for effective project budgeting. Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD will enable you to create and refine technical drawings, while your experience in conceptual design development and 3D visualizations will be crucial for presentations. Your ability to produce detailed illustrative renders will help convey design concepts effectively. Hands-on involvement in on-site coordination will be required to ensure the smooth implementation of architectural plans. You will be responsible for ordering materials, managing timely deliveries at the site, and collaborating effectively with contractors, vendors, and consultants to streamline project execution. Regular monitoring and documentation of site progress will be necessary to address technical issues as they arise.
