Hiring Design Architect for a reputed developer in Luxury Residential Spaces Years of Experience: 5-8 years in designing with real estate developers Qualification: B.Arch. Responsibilities Architectural designs Concept design working Working on presentations Project coordination Co-ordinate with consultants and in-house teams Manage timely deliverables Keeping track of project schedule and possession dates Project Reviews with the Team Address site issues with regular coordination with Execution/ Project management team Inspect sites to evaluate adherence to design intent Liaison Pre-requisites Understanding of project stages: Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, GFC, As- built Knowledge of Autocad, Excel, Power Point, Sketchup and BIM Commitment to deliverables Open to learning and take feedback
