Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop detailed design documents using AutoCAD software (2D & 3D) for various building types such as , commercial, etc.

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations throughout the design process.

Ensure receipt of post-order checklist along with PO

Ensure receipt of final quote, PO,BOQ &sign-off before final production go ahead.

Ensure receipt of completion certificate after complete execution of order.

Co-ordinating with design team for new developments in products & keep sales team posted on the same on monthly/bimonthly basis.

Helping the sales team with all product related technical queries

Helping sales team to incorporate company specifications in tender by circulating tender specifications in compiled format for all modular furniture products.

Helping sales team to understand critical points in the layout through training as & when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in architecture or a related field with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing various commercial building types.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software (2D & 3D), Space planning
Strong understanding of spatial relationships, form development, material selection, lighting concepts, color theory etc.
