Design & Sales Specialists

Who Can Apply

Education:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Furniture Design
Experience:

Specialist (Level 2):
04 years (freshers eligible)
Expert (Level 3):
3–5 years

Software Skills:
AutoCAD / 20-20 Design
Availability:
Comfortable working weekends

Key Responsibilities

Design modular
kitchens and wardrobes
for clients using AutoCAD/20-20.
Drive
store sales
by supporting managers/dealers to meet monthly targets.
Handle
walk-in clients
, understand their requirements, and offer design-led solutions.
Conduct
site visits
for measurements and installation alignment.
Manage customer orders, installation scheduling, and post-sales support.
Coordinate with backend teams for material dispatch and order tracking.
Maintain database and follow up with architects & interior designers for lead generation.
Provide regular
reports
on sales, design conversions, and order bookings.

Other Requirements

Strong communication & client-facing skills
Ability to relocate
anywhere within the allocated state
High customer service orientation
Willingness to work retail hours (including weekends)
