The candidate must have a genuine interest in mechanical design, fabrication processes, and project execution. The role requires preparing accurate technical drawings, ensuring correct fabrication on the shop floor, checking received materials, coordinating with vendors and job workers, and maintaining proper documentation. The ideal person should be proactive, disciplined, and capable of taking full ownership of tasks with timely follow-ups, problem-solving ability, and readiness for occasional site visits. Strong communication, commitment, and a systematic working style are essential for this position.
