Industry: Automotive Tier 1/2 Manufacturing

Experience Required: Minimum 15 Years

Specialization: Plastic Injection Moulding and Electroplating on Plastics

. Core Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in product design, process development, and manufacturing within the Automotive supply industry.
Specialized Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise (minimum 5 years) in both Plastic Injection Moulding and Electroplating on Plastics (e.g., ABS, PC/ABS substrates).
Leadership: Minimum 5 years in a management or senior leadership role, leading design, tooling, or process engineering teams.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
