• Client Consultation & Diagnosis:

  Evaluate skin types and conditions, listen to client concerns, and determine appropriate treatments and skincare routines.

• Skincare Treatments:

  Administer various treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and laser treatments for conditions like acne, pigmentation, and hair removal.

• Cosmetic Procedures:

  Perform or assist with advanced cosmetic procedures such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), mesotherapy, and potentially assist with procedures like Botox and fillers.

• Product Recommendation:

  Advise clients on suitable home-care skincare products and routines to maintain skin health between treatments.

• Hair Removal:

  Conduct hair removal procedures using methods such as waxing, threading, or laser treatments.

• Sanitation & Safety:

  Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

• Record Keeping:

  Manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate client records of treatments and progress.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

• Professional Development:

  Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and products in dermatology and cosmetology.

• Team Collaboration:

Qualifications & Skills

• Education

  : Certification or diploma in esthetics, cosmetology, or a related field.

• Licensure

  : State licensure to practice as an esthetician or skin therapist.

• Experience

  : Proven experience working as a skin therapist or esthetician.

• Technical Skills

  : Proficiency in a range of skincare and cosmetology treatments, including facials, peels, and various forms of hair removal.

• Knowledge
