Key Responsibilities: Clinic Communications: Manage all patient and prospective patient communications across calls, WhatsApp, and social media DMs, ensuring rapid, professional, and brand-aligned responses.
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing initiatives, including developing engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and implementing effective local marketing campaigns in Dwarka.
Business Growth & Ideas: Bring forward innovative ideas to enhance the patient experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive the overall growth and profitability of the clinic.
Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth daily clinic operations, managing schedules, optimizing patient flow, and acting as the main point of contact for administrative matters.
