About The Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced Consultant Dermatologist to join a growing clinical team in Ambikapur. The role requires strong diagnostic capabilities, procedural proficiency, and a patient-centered approach to manage a broad spectrum of dermatologic conditions in an outpatient and minor-procedure setting.Role & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatology care: assess, diagnose, and manage medical skin conditions across all age groups.
• Perform dermatologic procedures including punch and excisional biopsies, electrosurgery, cryotherapy, and laser treatments with high-quality documentation.
• Deliver cosmetic dermatology services such as injectables and resurfacing procedures following safety protocols and informed consent.
• Interpret and correlate dermatopathology reports; coordinate with pathologists for complex cases.
• Manage phototherapy services (NB-UVB/PUVA) and maintain protocol-driven treatment regimens and monitoring.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, follow infection-control standards, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• MD Dermatology or DNB Dermatology (postgraduate qualification) and current registration with the relevant Medical Council.
• Proven clinical experience in outpatient dermatology and procedural skills (biopsy, electrosurgery, cryotherapy).
• Hands-on experience with dermatoscopy and interpretation of dermatoscopic findings.
• Experience administering and supervising phototherapy treatments (NB-UVB/PUVA).
• Proficiency in basic cosmetic procedures including botulinum toxin and filler injections.
• Strong record-keeping, patient consent documentation, and adherence to clinical governance standards.
  

Preferred

• Training or certification in laser dermatology.
• Experience in dermatopathology correlation and multidisciplinary case management.
• Exposure to tele-dermatology platforms or electronic medical records in outpatient settings.
