Derivatives Trader (Evening Trader)

As a Derivatives Trader (Evening Trading) at Mansukh Securities & Finance Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the financial markets with your strong understanding of basic concepts of securities and financial markets. Your role will require you to be a keen learner with robust quantitative and analytical skills, embodying a result-oriented self-starter mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a basic understanding of Greeks and derivatives - Engage in system arbitrage in two different markets - Implement arbitrage strategies across various segments including Equity (cash), Equity F&O, and Currency F&O Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred in BBA or BCOM As you embark on this role, you will undergo a 6-month probation period, followed by quarterly incentives based on performance after 9 months. It is important to note that the incentive component is not initially included in the current CTC structure. Additionally, the position entails an 18-month bond, with working hours from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
