Job Opportunity: Derivatives Trader ( Evening) Company: Mansukh Securities & Finance Ltd. Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Fresher-friendly Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Friday Annual Pay: ₹1.89 – ₹2.52 LPA Bond: 18 Month Profile Summary Should have Good understanding of Basic Concepts of Securities and Financial markets. Must be a keen learner with strong Quantitative & Analytical Skills and a result- oriented self-starter. Key Responsibilities Execute System Arbitrage across two different markets. Apply arbitrage strategies in various segments, including: Equity (Cash) Equity F&O Currency F& Candidate Profile Must have basic knowledge of Securities and Financial Markets . Strong grasp of Derivatives and Greeks is preferred. Sharp Quantitative and Analytical Skills are essential. Must be a keen learner , result-oriented, and a self-starter . Ability to work efficiently in evening shifts Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com or any finance-related stream (Preferred).Master Students can also apply. Freshers are welcome with a genuine interest in financial markets. Compensation & Growth Probation Period: 6 Months Incentive Plan: Quarterly performance-based incentive applicable after 9 months. (Note: Incentive is not included in the current CTC.) · This role offers a strong foundation for those aspiring to build a hardcore finance career , especially in trading, arbitrage, and derivatives .
