We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy/Assistant Director to lead our Financial Advisers Supervision team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and supervision, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and manage a team of financial advisers to ensure they provide high-quality services to clients.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and productivity of the team.
Provide guidance and support to advisers on their work and career development.
Monitor and analyze the team's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investment and wealth management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in supervising and managing a team of professionals.
