Job Description

Key Deliverables

  1. Implement and follow food & beverage SOPs, ensuring quality and hygiene.
  2. Achieve AOP by controlling food costs, waste, and labor usage.
  3. Oversee daily operations, including inventory, GRN processes, and product availability.
  4. Execute marketing and employee engagement activities to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and ensure quality, food safety, and product availability in the unit.
  2. Achieve financial targets, including controlling costs and managing petty cash.
  3. Coordinate team training, employee engagement, and personal hygiene standards.
  4. Lead brand and marketing activities, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
