You will play a key role in ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, and upholding best practices in warp knitting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee and support daily warp knitting operations for Raschel knitting machines. - Monitor machine performance, fabric quality, and production efficiency. - Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the knitting department. - Supervise shift operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure minimal downtime. - Work closely with the Production Manager to optimize production schedules, output, and manpower utilization. - Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and ISO practices. - Collaborate with the maintenance team for machine upkeep and preventive maintenance. - Assist in training and mentoring junior operators and technical staff. - Maintain detailed production records, reports, and KPIs for continuous improvement. **Candidate Profile:** **Qualifications & Experience** - Diploma/Degree in Textile Engineering / Knitting Technology or related field. - Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in warp knitting, specifically Raschel knitting. - Strong knowledge of yarn properties, machine settings, tension control, and fabric structures. - Proven background in quality assurance, production optimization, and GMP implementation in knitting operations. **Skills & Attributes** - Technically adept with excellent problem-solving ability. - Ability to manage teams and support large-scale production operations. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills. - Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and on-time delivery. - Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments.
