Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure production targets and schedules are met, achieving the daily production plan in the Assembly Line.
Organize and plan manpower and resources for optimal output.
Monitor and manage resources, including materials, tools, and equipment, to avoid wastage and ensure efficient use.
Enforce health & safety standards and ensure compliance with IMS (ISO) standards and regular audits.
Provide training to operators and continuously evaluate their performance to improve productivity.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
Maintain product quality by addressing non-conformities and regularly updating NCMs (Non-Conformance Materials).
Track rejection data to analyze trends and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and submit reports on production progress, safety, and quality performance, maintaining thorough records of all activities.
