. We are seeking an organized, hands-on professional with self-initiative, positive team attitude, attention to detail and technical quality who is interested in supporting Project Managers on a variety of projects.Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Leadership
- Support the Project Manager in leading project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure visibility of project objectives and expected benefits for both ERM and the client.
- Promote and uphold ERM's commitment to health and safety, including subcontractor engagement and adherence to safety protocols.
- Apply ERM's project governance systems (e.g., Salesforce, PLAN, GMS) effectively.
Performance & Impact
- Contribute to project profitability through efficient task execution and scope management.
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of deliverables.
- Identify efficiencies and opportunities for improvement in project execution.
- Support client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality outputs.
- Assist in identifying change orders and future sales opportunities.
Team Engagement & Compliance
- Foster a positive and engaged team environment, supporting health and wellbeing.
- Ensure appropriate application of ERM's compliance processes and policies.
- Operate within ERM's governance framework, including the PiC/PM model and authorization levels.
Scope & Influence:
- Works on designated projects with varying complexity, scale, and risk profiles.
- Influences business results through direct contributions to project success and client relationships.
Freedom to Act:
- Collaborates with colleagues to inform decisions and ensure effective project delivery.
- Empowered to stop any unsafe work activity immediately, in line with ERM's safety policy.
- Financial decisions are delegated by the PIC and may vary by project.
