About the Institution:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Nursing Superintendent in planning, organizing, and supervising nursing services
• Lead and manage nursing staff across wards, ICU, OT, and specialty units
• Ensure compliance with

  NABH, NMC, and hospital quality standards

• Oversee duty rosters, manpower planning, and performance appraisal
• Implement infection control practices, patient safety protocols, and nursing SOPs
• Coordinate with medical, paramedical, and administrative departments
• Support training, orientation, and skill development of nursing staff

Eligibility Criteria:

• M.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing/GNM

  from a recognized institution
• Valid Nursing Council registration

• 10-12 years of clinical experience

  , including supervisory/administrative roles
• Experience in a

  teaching hospital or NABH-accredited hospital

  preferred

Desired Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality assurance, audits, and nursing documentation
