Job Description

Supervise copper patch cord assembly line.
Achieve daily production targets and maintain quality.
Handle manpower, shift planning, and training.
Coordinate with QC for defect reduction and process improvement.
Maintain production records and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical.
610 years of experience in copper cable or patch cord manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of crimping, testing, and assembly processes.
Good leadership and communication skills.
