Job Description

Key Responsibilities Areas:

Being a part of the Brand & Marketing communications team, your main responsibilities will be to run various campaigns as per the company strategies to have strong engagement with existing customers and add more new customers.
Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app communication, and digital media channels using marketing automation tools.
Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to define campaign objectives, audience segments, and customer journeys.
Manage campaign scheduling, testing (A/B experiments), and deployment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Track and report campaign performance, generating insights for optimization of conversion, activation, and retention metrics.
Support integration and enhancement of Mar Tech tools such as CRM, CDP, and journey orchestration systems to drive personalization and automation efficiency.
Maintain campaign documentation, performance dashboards, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure full compliance with BOBCARD guidelines, regulatory frameworks (RBI, DPDPA), and internal data governance norms.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to continuously enhance campaign delivery and reporting processes.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

Understanding in to marketing/campaign management, preferably in campaign execution or project coordination.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), marketing tools (e.g., Credence, Web Engage, or any other marketing platform).
Data Oriented
Analytical Thinking.
