Job Description

As a candidate for this position at the INXT City Centre in Gurgaon, you should have 8-14 years of relevant experience, preferably in Real Estate. Having experience in a CA firm as an Article Clerk or Paid Assistant would be an added advantage. Your responsibilities in this role include: - Hands-on experience in Ledger Account Reconciliation. - Possessing hands-on experience in periodic Bank Reconciliation. - Experience in TDS and GST Compliance, including preparation of details for monthly & yearly compliance. - Ability to handle information and preparation for tax assessments & audits. - Demonstrating capability in cross-functional coordination. In terms of qualifications, it is essential to be a Commerce Graduate. Additionally, having CA/CS/CMA - Inter qualifications would be an added advantage. A background in Oracle is a must, along with proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience in number crunching. Good communication skills, a problem-solving approach, and the ability to comprehend the work are also important for this role.,
