Job Description

Job Title:

Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programs tailored to the company's needs.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps and recommend training solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative training materials.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain training records, documents, and reports on employee participation and progress.
Support the Training Manager in developing training budgets and managing training-related expenditures.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 yrs in training and development or related roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficiency in training software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in designing e-learning solutions is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects.
